I am the founder of Flow Sport Mental Performance Coaching where I help athletes learn to express themselves freely in the sporting arena.
I've worked with hundreds of athletes both young and old help them perform better under pressure, manage emotions and focus on the right things at the right time.
Being a former professional rugby player, I know the challenges that sport can bring. I also know that you can definitely train your mind to improve. I've seen the benefits in myself and hundreds of others!
I wrote the Mental Toughness Journal after spending many years delivering resilience workshops to youth throughout New Zealand.
The Mental Toughness Journal is a combination of all the good stuff from those workshops! It is a step-by-step system that guides athletes through the most important foundations of a resilient mindset.
